Edilrobotica is designing a mechanical solution able to help the phase of applying the premixed plastering product (mixed with water in the traditional plastering machines) with a specific mechanical system. The system first advantage is to avoid the costs of assembling the traditional scaffolding which, beside cluttering the working area, needs to be assembled and then dismounted with a waste of two men's working time of about one hour and then forces the men to work with the plastering pump and the shaft in very uncomfortable way, thus reducing the efficiency of the average working day and the final result.
INTONACIEL eliminates unproductive work of assembling the scaffolding inside the rooms, applies homogeneously the plastering to the ceiling without having to bear the pinnace weight, props up the mixture immediately after the sprinkling in a secuential way. The vertical levelling setup is electronically achieved, while other phases of the working process can be managed by the operator at will.
INTONACIEL is managed by a single man and props up while spraying, thus avoiding imperfections and subsequent claims from the customer.
INTONACIEL betters up the plastering of ceilings, greatly reduces the production timing, thus increasing the building company competitivity.
INTONACIEL reduces the productions costs of over 50%.
Its reduced size allows INTONACIEL to be moved from one room to another very easly due to its wheels (not tracks). It is 90 cm long,70 cm wide and 200cm high.Can get to work on ceiling from 250 up 320 cm high.
